Creating a Shortcut to the System Folders (All Windows) Category: Home > Windows > File System > Files and Shortcuts This function allow you to add a shortcut to various system folders on your Desktop or Start Menu. Create a new folder on your desktop and name it "Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}" It should look like the normal Control Panel icon (not a shortcut). You can now move the icon anywhere on your desktop or start menu. The same can be achieved for others by substituting these values:
For Dial Up Networking
For Printers
For Control Panel
My Computer
For Network Neighborhood
For the Inbox
